Writing inspiration!

     A lot of people are wondering how to get ideas for writing books, short stories, comics, scripts, etc... 

 Here are the secrets to getting material: 

First of all, just keep your eyes open and write down anything you think could be part of a scene in your story. Just last night, I had this idea that started with something as small as remembering something out of a Star Wars book, and I expanded on it. I wrote everything down, and within 5 minutes I had almost all of the main points written out. 

Secondly, don't force yourself into coming up with something, and take a break. Go downstairs and get some lemonade and chill. Pet your dog/cat. An idea might come from there. 

Lastly, have fun with it. Just write and edit & perfect it later. Don't be afraid to put something amazing or "out there" in your story. Look at the best movies and video games: they are very original and unique, and they're great!
